J. Sandy Bartlett

Maryland State Delegate J. Sandy Bartlett has represented District 32 in Anne Arundel County in the Maryland House of Delegates since 2019. Delegate Bartlett brings a commitment to public service, experience as a state legislator, and support for evidence-based gun violence prevention laws to her position on CSGV’s board. In addition to her legislative work, Del. Bartlett is a member of the Maryland Bar and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and is currently a practicing attorney and an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and a J.D. from The Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law.
