Jonathan Thomas is currently the Head of Customer Success at Coalition. Prior to this, they were the Director at Crystal & Company from August 2014 to August 2018. Before that, they were an Account Manager, Sales & Marketing, Technology Practice Group at Aon Risk Solutions from July 2006 to August 2014. Additionally, Jonathan has experience working in advertising and promotions at the Contra Costa Times from April 2005 to June 2006. Furthermore, they have also worked as an event consultant from February 2002 to November 2004 where they were responsible for event production primarily in the Sports Marketing industry. Some of the notable events they have worked on include the Salt Lake 2002 Winter Olympics, Summer X-Games, Merrill Lynch Celebrity Ski Classic, Paul Mitchell Bumps & Jumps Freeski Invitational, Bank of the West Tennis Classic, and Franklin Templeton Tennis Classic.

Jonathan Thomas has a BA in Mass Communication: Public Relations from the University of Utah and an AA in General from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

They are on a team with Marcin Weryk - Head of Business Development, George Bozanin - Managing Partner & Head of Strategic Agency Management (Canada), and Erik Brown - Head of Brand. Their manager is Joshua Motta, Co-Founder & CEO.
