Robert Jones

Robert Jones currently serves as the Global Head of Claims at Coalition, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this role, Robert J. Jones held the position of Executive Vice President for Financial Lines Specialty Claims at AIG from April 1992 to January 2024. Earlier in his career, Robert worked as a Technical Specialist at The Travelers from August 1989 to April 1992. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Social Science with concentrations in Business and Human Services from Binghamton University, where studies took place from 1987 to 1989. Robert completed secondary education at Washingtonville High School from 1981 to 1985.
