Helen Blackburn

Helen Blackburn is the Chief Financial Officer at Coast Capital. She oversees the development of all corporate revenue, expense and capital expenditure plans and budgets. She is also responsible for managing Coast Capital’s financial reporting and policies, to ensure they maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Additionally, she oversees interest rate risk and liquidity management along with centralized procurement and facilities management.
