Lit Onrubia possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Retail Strategy and Implementation Manager at Coast Capital Savings, the largest credit union in Canada, Lit has held a variety of roles, showcasing a strong expertise in business management and operational initiatives since June 2019. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Operating Officer at Spark Marketing and Research Inc., where Lit oversaw a call center specializing in B2B services, and Service Delivery Director at Aegis PeopleSupport Philippines Inc., responsible for ensuring client satisfaction across multiple locations. Additional experience includes serving as Contact Center Manager at Oracle, where the first contact center for Oracle University in the Asia-Pacific region was established. Lit holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ateneo de Manila University and a certificate in Advanced Project Management from Langara College.
