Wayne Thompson has extensive work experience in the field of risk and internal audit services. Wayne started their career in 1997 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Director in the Risk Practice. In 2002, they joined Citizens Bank of Canada and worked in the Internal Audit department until 2004. Wayne then moved to Ernst & Young in 2011, where they served as the Practice Leader for Risk & Internal Audit Services in British Columbia until 2014.
