Ursula Ray

Ursula Ray, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

Currently, they serve as the Regional Vice President at Coast Dental since 2023.

In their previous roles, they worked at Great Expressions Dental Centers from 2011 to 2022. Ursula started as a Rotational Operations Management/Business Development professional and later became the Senior Operations Manager and then the Director of Doctor Onboarding and Partnerships. During their time at Great Expressions Dental Centers, they were responsible for driving strategic execution, P&L management, exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth.

Before joining Great Expressions Dental Centers, Ursula worked as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Miccia Consulting from 2004 to 2010, where they provided multifaceted business planning and development strategies to healthcare companies.

Additionally, they served as the Senior Business Development Manager for ROBOBAK,drs, LLC in 2008, where they increased market share and revenue growth opportunities.

Their earlier experiences include roles as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at YWCA USA from 2001 to 2003, the Business Operations Manager at Wood Dental Associates from 1997 to 1999, and the Rotational Operations Management/Business Development professional at Trane from 1992 to 1996.

Ursula Ray, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Michigan. Ursula also completed the Executive Education program at Yale School of Management, specializing in the Accelerated Management Program. Ursula has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs Management from Michigan State University. Ursula furthered their education in Business Administration and Management through studies at the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.

In addition to their formal education, Ursula has attained certifications in Board Governance and Leadership Training Project from the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, as well as Leadership Development Program for Women from The Women's Business Center at Canisius College.
