Blair Herbert

Blair Herbert is the Founder and CEO of Coast Energy, which provides clean solar energy to commercial real estate owners and communities. Before starting Coast Energy, Blair co-founded and served as Principal of Kina'ole Capital Partners, a solar financing company that focused on providing Power Purchase Agreements to homeowners, business owners, and non-profits in the US. Blair also co-founded and served as Principal of Bonterra - Solar Power and Renewable Energy, where they oversaw the company's commercial sales and installation division and overall business development. Prior to their work in solar energy, Blair worked as a Vice President at Liquiddium Capital Partners, where they were involved in commercial real estate acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, sourcing equity and debt capital, asset management, and investor reporting. Blair began their career as a Financial Analyst at Trammell Crow Company in 2005.

Blair Herbert has a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Blair then went on to pursue a Juris Doctor degree in Business Law from the University of South Carolina School of Law, which they completed in 2005 along with an MBA in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business.
