Joanne Faulkner

Joanne Faulkner has extensive experience in procurement, serving as a Buyer at Coast Guard Exchange (USCGCSC) since 2003. Previously, Joanne held a similar position as a Buyer at US Navy Exchange from June 1987 to July 1998.
