Charlotte Hickey

Charlotte Hickey is an experienced professional in aquaculture and marine sciences, currently serving as the Manager of Tabitha’s Ice Cream LLC since May 2019, overseeing operations across two locations. Charlotte has held roles as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Rhode Island for the Finfish Aquaculture course and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Gomez-Chiarri Lab. Previous experience includes working as an Aquaculture Technician at Greenfins Global LLC, a Food Safety Analyst intern at Sea Fresh USA, and a Student Advisor at Connecticut Fund for the Environment/Save the Sound. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aquaculture & Fisheries Science and a minor in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, along with prior education in marine sciences from the Bridgeport Regional Aquaculture Science and Technology Center.
