David Ferguson

David Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the hotel and hospitality industry. David started their career as a consultant at Pannell Kerr Forster/PKF in 1989 and then worked in various management positions at Delta Hotels and Resorts and Metropolitan Hotels. In 1997, they joined PKF Consulting Inc. as a Senior Associate, where they stayed until 2015. Afterwards, they worked as an Associate Director at CBRE Hotels Valuations & Advisory Services Group, Canada before becoming the Director at CBRE Limited/CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory Services in 2017. Currently, they are working as the Director of Development at Coast Hotels.

David Ferguson has a degree in B Comm with a field of study in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
