Linda Hagen

Director, Brand Engagement & Auditing at Coast Hotels

Linda S. Hagen has extensive work experience in the hotel industry. Linda S. started their career at Century Plaza Hotel in 1975 and held various roles until 1988. From 1988 to 2001, they worked as a General Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. In 2001, they joined Coast Hotels as a General Manager and served in that role until 2012. During their time at Coast Hotels, they also took on the role of GM - Special Projects from 2003 to 2008. In 2012, they became the Director of Brand Engagement & Auditor at Coast Hotels, where they conducted brand standards audits and provided training and support to hotel teams. In 2016, they returned to The Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites to lead the team through its closure, resulting in them winning the Coast Hotels Annual "Most Improved GOP" award.

Linda S. Hagen, BHM obtained their Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree from Vancouver Community College (VCC) during the period of 2005-2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in the field of study at Capilano University from 1975-1978.
