Valri Pawlik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in volunteer coordination and management, currently serving as the Manager of Training and Volunteers at Coast Mental Health since February 2018. Previously, Valri held roles such as Volunteer Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House British Columbia and Volunteer Resources Manager at Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival, where responsibilities included the recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of over 200 volunteers. Valri also contributed as a Volunteer Coordinator for Full Circle Performing Arts and transmitNOW, overseeing volunteer support for events and festivals. With a background as a Dance Artist and Teacher from 1984 to 1998, Valri taught dance across various educational settings and led youth dance companies. Valri is currently pursuing a Provincial Instructor Diploma in Curriculum and Instruction at Vancouver Community College, expected to complete in January 2025.
