Prior to this role, John was the Executive Director at Brookdale Senior Living Inc. from February 1989 to December 2015, where oversight of daily operations was a key responsibility. Additionally, John held the position of Operations Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company, from January 1999 to June 2010, managing loan transfer processes, employee development, and vendor contracts, while successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Troy University, earned between 1979 and 1982.
