Richard Hardisty

Richard Hardisty has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. From 2008-2009, they were a Baseball Umpire for the Portland Baseball Umpires Association, where they were required to have a detailed knowledge of the rules of baseball and the mechanics of the two- and three-umpire system. Richard also worked as a Temporary Employee for Express Employment Professionals during this time, where they worked as an order puller for Platt Electric. In 2010, they were a Customer Service Representative III for Consumer Cellular, Inc., where they took inbound calls in a Sales and Customer Care setting. From 2014-2015, they were a Temporary Employee for Express Employment Professionals, where they worked in a manufacturing position for Sumitomo. During this same time period, they were also a Customer Service Representative II for Nautilus Inc. and a Manufacturing Support Clerk for Ellison Sales Inc. Finally, since 2019, they have been an Order Fulfillment Coordinator for Coast Products, where they are responsible for coordinating fulfillment processes for several major retail customers.

Richard Hardisty received their Associate's Degree in Business from Portland Community College between 2011 and 2016. Richard then went on to receive their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University between 2016 and 2018.
