Maura Utley

Maura Utley has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Maura has held positions such as Senior Vice President/Director of Marketing at CCNB - Coastal Carolina National Bank, where they led the marketing department. Maura also owned and operated YogaSimpatico.com, a website aimed at promoting the benefits of yoga and somatic movement. Maura has also worked as the VP of Creative Services and Brand Development at Colonial Candle/MVP Group International, Inc., overseeing marketing and product development. Additionally, Maura was the Creator of Everybody's Ayurveda, a division within MVP Group Int., where they managed global manufacturing and developed numerous products. Maura also served as VP of Marketing and Brand Innovation at MVP Group International, Inc., where they developed products and marketing collateral across various distribution channels. Maura has also contributed their creative expertise as a Creative Director at Waccamaw HomePlace, overseeing a team responsible for producing advertising materials for the home furnishings business. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Art Director at Ethan Allen Inc., where they successfully revamped the brand's image through various marketing initiatives. Maura started their career as an Art Director at G. Fox & Company, where they were responsible for newspaper advertising and photo shoots.

Maura Utley completed their undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at the University of Hartford from 1981 to 1985. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts degree at Weslyan University and Yale University, specifically through the Adjunct Program at Yale University, from 1986 to 1988. Additionally, Maura has obtained several certifications in yoga from the Yoga Alliance, including Y.A.C.E.P. in November 2018, E-RYT500 Certified Yoga Instructor in May 2018, and eRYT200 in October 2013.
