Tom Schwenzer

Tom Schwenzer has experience in the field of Information Technology, with a focus on IT administration, network security, and information security. Tom started their professional career in 2010 as a Network Security Engineer at Managed Technology, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined CCNB, Coastal Carolina National Bank, as an Information Technology Administrator. Afterwards, they were promoted to the role of Director of IT and Information Security Officer in 2022.

Tom Schwenzer has a background in Information Technology and Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services. Tom attended Island Drafting and Technical Institute from 2009 to 2011 and Eastern Suffolk BOCES from 2007 to 2008. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in 2010 and 2008 respectively. Tom also obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in 2022.
