Erika Small

Erika Small is currently the Dean of the Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University. Prior to their current position, they were an Assistant Professor at York College of Pennsylvania from August 2006 to May 2007. Erika was also an Affiliate Assistant Professor at Loyola College in Maryland from January 2006 to May 2006.

Erika Small received their Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Erika also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Louisiana State University.

They are on a team with David A. Frost - SVP, Finance & Administration/CFO, Sara N. Hottinger - Dean, HTC Honors College, and Claudia Bornholdt - Dean, Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts. Erika Small reports to Michael T. Benson, President.
