Jen Malhotra

Jen Malhotra leads our North FL market efforts as well as our faith based initiatives. Jen came to Coastal from LifeThrive where she was VP of Performance Coaching and prior to that was at Deloitte and Oracle. Jen has over 25 years of corporate sales experience focused on strategic account relationship building, sales execution, and leading teams. In addition to her work at Coastal Cloud, Jen is passionate about helping women in business and in 2022, founded a faith based performance coaching business called Mighty Waves. She works with women leaders and entrepreneurs who seek to be significant in how they live and work and raise their families.

She received her undergraduate degree in International Business from American InterContinental University and her MBA from University of Phoenix. She is a native Brazilian and enjoys traveling the world and doing mission trips to show God’s love to those who need it most.
