Andrew Stines

Andrew Stines is currently the EVP, Chief Risk Officer at Coastal Community Bank since January 2020. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Executive Director at EY from 2011 to 2019, and as Chief Risk Officer at Sunwest Bank from 2009 to 2011. Andrew also has experience as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2009, focusing on Financial Services Regulatory. Andrew started their career as an Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 2001 to 2003. Andrew holds a JD from Seattle University School of Law, an MSF from Seattle University's Albers School of Business & Economics, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
