Andrew Stines currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Coastal Community Bank. Andrew has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, including executive and management positions at various banks and consulting firms.

Andrew began their career as an attorney at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in 2001. Andrew then transitioned to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003, where they became a Manager in the Financial Services Regulatory practice. In 2009, they were recruited by Sunwest Bank to serve as their Chief Risk Officer. After two years in that role, they joined EY in 2011 as an Executive Director. Andrew spent nearly nine years at EY before joining Coastal Community Bank in 2020.

Andrew Stines has a MSF from the Albers School of Business & Economics at Seattle University, a JD from Seattle University School of Law, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
