Tami Hood

Tami Hood is currently the SVP, Loan Operations Manager at Coastal Community Bank since April 2012. Before joining Coastal Community Bank, Tami held the position of VP, Loan Operations Manager at Cascade Bank from September 1998 to April 2012. Tami also attended Pacific Coast Banking School from September 2014 to September 2016. In their role, Tami oversees a team of commercial loan processors and other servicing positions to ensure loan documentation meets high standards of quality and profitability. Tami collaborates with various departments to enhance product operations and manage process changes for improved department performance and customer experiences.
