Spencer Brawn

Spencer Brawn is an experienced IT Project Manager at Coastal Community since September 2023, responsible for managing IT projects within the credit union. With a career spanning over two decades at Shaw Communications, Spencer has held various roles including Strategy Lead for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), where responsibilities included outlining vision and strategy, stakeholder alignment, and conducting user testing. Spencer also has experience as a CX Strategy Analyst and Business Analyst III, focusing on product development, business process improvements, and operational change management. Prior to Shaw, Spencer co-founded and managed Huntingbc.ca and operated Brawns Photography, emphasizing strong client management and high-quality service delivery.
