Frank Milen

Frank Milen is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Coastal Construction Company since May 2021, Frank has previously held the position of Superintendent at Stiles Corporation and simultaneously worked as General Superintendent at Stiles Construction from January 2006 to May 2021. Prior experience includes Superintendent roles at Padula & Wadsworth and Quality Concrete, as well as Project Manager at National Constructors. Frank's foundational training comes from New Jersey's Carpenter Union 1578 and South Florida's Carpenter Union 123.
