Karen Blanchard is currently working as the Real Estate Development Controller at Terra since May 2021. Prior to this, Karen held the position of Senior Project Accountant at Coastal Construction Company working on The Estates at Acqualina project. Before that, Karen was a Senior Project Accountant at Liberty Construction Services working on the Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel & Casino project. Karen also has experience as a Project Accountant at Brickell Group Construction and as an Administrative Assistant at Eberjey. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universidad Iberoamericana and an Associate of Arts (AA) from Miami Dade College.
