Sevcan Agdas, Ph.D., currently serves as the Vice President of Planning & Scheduling at Coastal Construction Company, having held multiple roles within the organization since April 2019, including Director of Planning & Scheduling, Senior Scheduler, and Scheduler. Additionally, Sevcan Agdas is a lecturer in the Master of Construction Management program at the University of Miami School of Architecture. Previous experience includes scheduler positions at Plaza Construction and Odebrecht Construction USA, as well as a schedule engineer role on the Grand Parkway project. Sevcan Agdas conducted research at the University of Florida, focusing on the role of epistemological beliefs and cognitive processing in engineering problem-solving, and worked as a teaching assistant during graduate studies, contributing to course design and assessment. Sevcan Agdas earned a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
