Emma Richardson

Emma Richardson is a Program Developer at Coastal Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities include program development for the Workforce Solutions team. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Innovation Coordinator at the University of Maine Office of Innovation and Economic Development, where Emma developed events for student innovators, supervised fellows, and collaborated with company partners. Additional roles include Graduate Assistant at the University of Maine, Innovate for Maine Fellow at Downeast Family Y, and Co-Founder of Cooperative Parenting Solutions LLC, where Emma co-developed a digital app for co-parents.
