Joe Mecca

Joe Mecca, CUDE, serves as the Vice President of Communication and Spokesperson at Coastal Credit Union since May 2004, overseeing public relations and member communication. Previous roles include Manager of Marketing Strategy & Communications, Company Spokesman, and Marketing/Advertising Manager, where Joe aligned marketing efforts with organizational goals, guided advertising strategies, and led various public relations initiatives. Notably, Joe played a key role in developing Coastal's VIP Program and directed community involvement efforts, including youth financial literacy programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Public Relations Specialist at Tops Markets, where Joe managed publicity plans and special events. Joe holds a BA in Communication from the University at Buffalo, obtained in 1998.
