Louis Guillama, CRS, serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Operations at Coastal Federal Credit Union since December 2016 and has held the position of Managing Broker and Senior Real Estate Advisor at Daymark Realty since its founding in December 2007. A member of Wings of Carolina Flying Club since January 2013, Louis returned to aviation after nearly two decades to further training and support the growth of General Aviation. Previous roles include Broker Owner at LouMar Realty Associates, Inc., Executive Vice President and Managing Broker at ERA Westchester Realty, and various positions in telecommunications at AT&T Wireless and Telcordia Technologies. Louis holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business from Florida International University, along with other certifications in community and municipal government leadership.
