Shane O'Donnell

Shane O'Donnell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, digital solutions architecture, and IoT systems. Currently serving as a Digital Solutions Architect at Coastal Credit Union, Shane addresses integration challenges within Digital Banking. Previously, Shane worked at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Customer Delivery Architect, focusing on cloud solutions and project success. With a strong background in software leadership at MetLife and Cree Lighting, Shane directed software engineering initiatives and IoT platform development. Earlier roles include Vice President of Products at InsightFinder Inc., Founder and CTO at KnowNormal, and Development Group Manager at Interactive Intelligence. Shane holds a Master's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Illinois Wesleyan University.
