Oscar Castillo

Oscar Castillo is an experienced professional in the measurement and software industries, currently serving as the Measurement Services Subject Matter Expert and Director of FLOWCAL Services at Coastal Flow Measurement since October 2023. Prior to this role, Oscar held the position of Senior Product Manager at Quorum Software from March 2019 to October 2023. Oscar's extensive background includes over 20 years at Flow-Cal, where the roles included Product Manager and Software Development Team Lead. Earlier in the career, Oscar worked as a CAD Operator for the City of Houston, focusing on the maintenance of utility maps. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate’s Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Lone Star College.
