Currently serving as Credit Manager at Coastal Forest Products since October 2020, Alyona manages a portfolio of over 400 accounts, performing credit reviews, reducing days sales outstanding, and streamlining accounts receivable processes. Previous roles include Credit Analyst and Senior Credit Representative at Bauer Hockey, as well as Credit & Collections Manager at ThorWorks Industries, where Alyona honed skills in credit risk assessment, customer relationship management, and collection strategies. Earlier experience at the Internal Revenue Service and The Citizens Banking Co further solidified expertise in financial analysis and dispute resolution. Alyona holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
