Currently, Richard serves as a self-employed consultant at Coastal Gaming, LLC, providing advisory services to gaming operators and technology organizations since January 2025. Previously, Richard was the Chief Executive Officer of Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, where significant renovations and a successful relaunch led to record revenues. As the CEO and Founder of Coastal Gaming, LLC from 2017 to 2019, Richard facilitated industry connections and operational improvements. Richard’s past roles include Vice President - General Manager at Penn National Gaming, overseeing multiple properties, and President of Native American Gaming at Station Casinos, managing several major casino operations and expansions. Richard began a career in hospitality with experience at prestigious establishments such as the Waldorf Astoria New York. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
