Shannon Sims

Shannon Sims has a diverse background in case management and mental health support, currently serving as a Saiop/Sacot Case Manager at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. since September 2021. Previous roles include NCCPSS at Coastal Horizons Center from December 2017 to September 2021 and as an NYCPS at Chautauqua County Department of Mental Hygiene from July 2015 to December 2017, focusing on mobile therapy and crisis services. Shannon also held the position of Assistant Executive Director at Emeritus at Lakewood, overseeing business office directives, and served as Sr. Supervisor at The-Connection, managing call center operations. Shannon holds an Associate's degree in Communications from Jamestown Community College and is currently pursuing further education at Purdue Global.
