Nelli Panameno

Nelli Panameno has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Nelli currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Coastal Hospitality Associates since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Grand Vacations starting from August 2017. Before that, they worked as the Food & Beverage Training Manager at Wynn Las Vegas from December 2012 to August 2017. Nelli also held the position of Food & Beverage Analyst at Hard Rock Hotel from January 2011 to December 2012. Earlier in their career, they served as a Restaurant General Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from February 2009 to January 2011. Nelli started their career at MGM Resorts International, where they worked as a Hotel Manager from June 1999 to February 2009 and as an Accounts Receivable Manager from June 2004 to September 2005.

Nelli Panameno graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations.
