Kathy Spangler

Kathy Spangler has been working at Coastal International Inc since September 1998, starting as the Human Resources Manager before becoming the VP of Administration Services in June 2016. Kathy holds a BA in Psychology from Pitzer College and an MA in Counseling from Sonoma State University.
