Carl Goodwin

Carl Goodwin has extensive experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician, working at PAE since June 2017 and with USIS since February 2014. Carl's role involves surveillance for US Embassies, with expertise in construction masonry, carpentry, roofing, and plumbing. With over 38 years in both residential and commercial construction, Carl also has overseas experience through multiple companies, including Coastal International Security Management and Coastal International Security, Inc. Carl's educational background includes coursework in business management and construction security, as well as a completion certificate in automotive mechanics from Pensacola Jr. College. Notably, Carl has completed the PAE CST training course and possesses a certificate for passing 705 security documents.
