Silvana de Jesus serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Coastal Legacy Law since July 2020, where responsibilities include managing financial information, developing client satisfaction strategies, overseeing employee training, and enhancing operational processes. Previous positions at Coastal Legacy Law include Director Of Operations & Client Relations and Client Relations Coordinator, with a focus on fostering strong client relationships. Silvana founded Desilva, specializing in marketing and design, and owned Little Monsters Dog Training, LLC. Prior experience also includes roles as Ministry Program Coordinator for the Seventh-day Adventist Church, internships at AdventHealth, and various positions at Southern Adventist University, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Human Resources was obtained.
