Cesar Ruano

Cesar Ruano is an experienced professional with a strong background in both mortgage lending and fitness training. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at MLS and as VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate Affinity since July 2024, Cesar continues to work with Coastal Lending Group, LLC in the same capacity since December 2018. Prior roles in the mortgage industry include serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Academy Mortgage Corporation from January 2018 to February 2019 and acting as an Independent Contractor in fitness from 1998 to 2011. In the fitness realm, César founded KBSFIT and has been an RKC Professional, promoting kettlebell sports conditioning since January 2011. Educationally, Cesar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, achieved between 1998 and 2005.
