Chelsea Sylvaria is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Nurse Care Manager at Coastal Medical since August 2021. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked as a Case Manager at HopeHealth from February 2019 to August 2021 and gained valuable experience as a PPS RN at St. Elizabeth Manor from March 2012 to January 2019.
