Gloria Bracy

Gloria Bracy is a Human Resources Specialist at Coastal Payroll. Gloria previously worked as a District Operations Office/HR Manager at Farmers Insurance from August 2018 to August 2019. In their previous role, they worked with the District Manager (CEO) and Agency Business Consultants to coordinate the development of the District, overseeing 33 Agencies located throughout San Diego. Gloria also managed support staff and partnered with the CEO in the implementation of new training programs and compensation packages. Gloria monitored District progress through internal statistical reports and directed training of all agendas, and arrangements for conferences, District meetings and coordinated activities based on sales performance. In addition, they monitored compliance training for Agent audits, training and licensing requirements. Gloria also created achievement programs for the District based on top KPI performances and implemented weekly/quarterly tracking reports.

Gloria Bracy has completed certification from Universal Class in HR Compensation and Benefits, Human Resource Management 101, and HRCI in California HR. Gloria is currently pursuing a certification in Risk Management upSkill Micro-Learning from HRCI.
