Tim Simon

Tim Simon is an experienced operations and supply chain professional, currently serving as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain at Coastal Pet Products, Inc. since November 2023. Alongside this role, Tim has been an Adjunct Instructor at The Ohio State University since January 2017, teaching on topics such as Leadership, Teamwork, and Lean Manufacturing. Previous positions include Senior Plant Director at Shearer's Foods, where leadership encompassed over 500 employees and production of 2.5 million pounds of snacks weekly, as well as Vice President of Operations at R.S.
