Robbie Smothers is a light duty mechanic at Peabody Energy with experience as a Fleet Mechanic at Coastal Plains Trucking. Prior to this, Robbie worked at Pxi as a haul truck driver and at NGL Energy Partners LP as a facility attendant. Robbie also has experience as a Maintenance Technician at Echelon Property Group, LLC. Robbie completed their education at Angelina College from 2010 to 2012.

Coastal Plains Trucking was formed in 2011 to haul crude for oil and gas operators in the Eagle Ford Shale. We started hauling locally with just 10 trucks in May 2011. Our local business has grown and we have added OTR service runs supported by experienced drivers and the best equipment. Today, Coastal Plains Trucking hauls crude, nitrogen, oxygen, C02, argon, water, diesel, flatbed, sand and jet fuel. We couldn't support our clients without an experienced team.
