Richard Otoole

Richard O'Toole is a Senior Field Service Engineer who has worked at Coastal Power Systems since November 2021. Prior to this, Richard held the same position at ABB from September 2017 to November 2021. Before their transition to the private sector, Richard served as a Communication Electronics Maintenance Technician in the United States Marine Corps from January 2008 to January 2013. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Portland State University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
