Justin Homer

Justin Homer is a Coastal Resources Scientist at the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Justin served as the Environmental Health Scientist Coordinator for the Louisiana Department of Health from December 2020 to August 2022 and worked as a Senior Water Resources Management Specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources from May 2019 to December 2020. Justin's background includes specialization in wetland ecology, botany, and soils. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marine and Environmental Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Marine, both from Nicholls State University, where Justin studied from 2013 to 2019.
