Andy co-founded Coastal Ridge Real Estate in 2013 and is a Managing Partner focusing on its investment platform, joint venture equity partnerships, and development business. He currently serves on Coastal Ridge’s board of directors.
Prior to Coastal Ridge, Andy co-founded Peak Property Group, a real estate investment firm that acquires and manages scattered-site multifamily properties throughout Central Ohio. The development of Peak Property Group helped to establish the property management platform Coastal Ridge leverages today. Previously, Andy served in both management and sales capacities for two Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio and a Certified Commercial Investment Member who is active in various charitable and entrepreneurial organizations serving the Columbus and Cincinnati communities. Andy and his family reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
