Graham Fulmer

Graham Fulmer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in property management and creative direction. Currently serving as a Senior Multi-Site Property Manager at Coastal Ridge Real Estate since October 2022, Graham previously held roles at Cardinal Group Management, including Community Manager and Assistant Area Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational activities and resident services for large apartment communities. As the Creative Director at Graham Fulmer Creative since 2014, Graham specializes in concept, layout, design, art direction, and branding, along with notable freelance projects, including work with MoviesTO on augmented movie experiences and Geometry Global/ShopperWorks for General Mills branding. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Minneapolis College, Graham combines artistic vision with strong management expertise.
