Mike Meehl

Mike serves as a Director of Asset Management, responsible for the financial planning and performance of Coastal Ridge’s student housing portfolio. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge in 2016, he was in property and regional operations at Campus Crest, a publicly traded REIT focused on the student housing asset class. Having started his career in property leasing and site level management, Mike has a keen understanding of an asset’s operational business plan and impacts on investment strategy. He graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Mike and his wife reside in Los Angeles, California.
