Tim Gribben

Tim serves as Director of Capital Projects, responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating of all construction activities for Coastal Ridge’s conventional and student housing properties. Prior to joining Coastal Ridge, Tim was with Cortland Partners where he was the Construction Manager for the Midwest region, overseeing all aspects of construction and renovation efforts for their Midwest portfolio. He has extensive and diverse career experience from skyscraper to site planning and development. Additionally, Tim achieved LEED Green Associate certification and is OSHA 30 certified. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Muskingum University. Tim and his family reside in Columbus, Ohio.
