Rick Earl

Rick Earl MS is currently the Vice President Safety at BTC / Coastal, where Rick directs the Safety team specializing in Tank and Flat transport. With a background in safety roles at various transportation companies, including United Road and CRST, Rick is experienced in developing safety programs, accident investigations, DOT compliance, and CSA2010 implementation. Rick holds a Master's degree in Administration - Human Resources from Central Michigan University and is pending a CDS degree in Safety from the North American Transportation Management Institute.
