Rachel Pierson

Rachel Pierson, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Procurement at Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. since May 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Equipment Sourcing Manager at Waste Connections from March 2022 to May 2024. Rachel's extensive experience in sales and operations includes roles such as Key Account Manager and Sales, Operations, and Planning Manager at Environmental Solutions Group, along with product management and scheduling responsibilities. Rachel's career began at VCI-SC Inc. as Production Control Manager, leading to a rapid promotion to Materials Manager. Rachel earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University of Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science—Honors in Biology from Trine University, alongside an Associate of Science in Biology from Glen Oaks Community College.
